About Wheelin
Using a wheelchair, or needing extra support to travel, should never be a barrier to getting to a hospital appointment, coming home after a hospital stay, or saying goodbye to a loved one.
That's the idea behind Wheelin: transport that's safe, on time, and treats every passenger with dignity.
Today, our team of six drivers and crew carry that idea into every journey we make across South Wales.
Meet the Team
Wheelin is led by Gill Scrimgeour, our founder and director, who set up the business after seeing first-hand how difficult it could be for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility to get reliable, dignified transport to medical appointments. Gill still leads every journey the business makes, day to day — from the first phone call to the crew who arrive at your door.
Behind every journey is a small, dedicated team of six drivers and crew.
Every member of the Wheelin team is:

Experienced in working with wheelchair users, older passengers, and people who need extra reassurance or support
We're a small team by design — it means the person who answers the phone often knows the crew collecting you, and you get the same familiar, friendly faces on repeat journeys.
